Information arrives in two ways. Some of it gets typed in directly, such as when an account is created, a quote request is submitted or a message is sent through the contact form. The rest is gathered automatically by the site as pages load, in the ordinary way most websites operate.

Everything collected serves the purpose it was gathered for. Details submitted through a quote request are used to prepare and compare auto insurance options. Contact details are used to reply, to send the documents that belong to a request and to follow up on an inquiry that is still open.

03.Text Messages And Consent

Text message consent is optional and is never a condition of receiving a quote. Service messages relate directly to a submitted request and cover items such as quote confirmations, coverage alerts, policy reminders and renewal notices. Marketing messages relate to plans, coverage comparisons and policy offers, and require their own separate agreement.

Message frequency varies with activity on a request. Standard message and data rates may apply. A reply of STOP ends messages at any point, and a reply of HELP returns assistance information. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect service messages tied to an active request.

04.Information Sharing

Information is shared only where it is needed to deliver what was requested. Insurance carriers and underwriters receive the details required to produce a quote or issue a policy. Service providers that support the site, such as hosting and email delivery, handle information strictly on instruction and only for that purpose.

Quote information that never turns into a policy is retained for a limited window in case the request is picked back up, then removed or reduced to anonymous records.

No method of transmission or storage can be described as perfectly secure, so absolute protection cannot be promised. Any confirmed breach affecting personal information is handled in line with applicable law.

Requests about personal information are welcome and get handled within the timeframes the law provides. Identity may need to be verified before a request is actioned, which protects the account from anyone attempting to reach it without permission.

09.Children And Age

The site is intended for adults who are legally able to hold an auto insurance policy. Accounts are not knowingly created for anyone under the age of eighteen, and information belonging to a minor is removed once identified. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has submitted details should make contact so the record can be deleted.

Some pages link out to carrier sites, regulator resources or other external destinations. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices, which are not controlled here. Reading the privacy policy on any external site before submitting information to it is always the safer approach.
